Thin Ice are an Irish band based in Kildare. They established themselves in August 2000, originally a duo comprising of Alan and Darren. In this form they took on the leading acts and steadily built up a reputation as a young band guaranteed to entertain a diverse audience. By February '01 the level of work being literally thrown at them called for the recruitment of Ian. The live kit took Thin Ice to the big band stage and has seen them entertain the masses at the events such as the Derby Festival 2002 and People of the Year Awards 2001 & 2002. They also charted in 2002 with their single 'Love Will See Us Through'. |
